Can 4 year olds count to 100?

Children learn and grow individually but many 4 years olds are able to learn their numbers between 1 and 100 can count on past 10.  They may be ready to start working on their skip counting, for example, counting by 5’s (5, 10, 15, 20, and so on).  Begin working with your child as early as possible on number recognition.  Be patient with your child and celebrate each new number they learn and math skill they master.
